**IAM Operations Analyst**

**Cirencester - Fully Remote**

**6 Months**

**£650p/d - Umbrella Only**

Fantastic new 6 month contract opportunity for an experienced IAM Operations Analyst with this market leading specialist financial services business based in Cirencester. Working in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, you will help to analyseand develop the delivery of the end-to-end users' role-based identities and access onto the companies' systems by internal resources and any third-party supplier providing this functionality in line with industry standards, security policies and defined servicelevels.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Provide analytical support for the Identity Access Management (IAM) team for the design of the PAM provisioning processes, workflows and role modelling to align them to the IAM tools (Adaxes and SailPoint) functionality. This includes the facilitation ofworkshops, documentation of to be processes, identification of gaps and systems development required to automate process.
- Support other activities required as directed by the PAM Operations Lead (also IAM Manager).
- To provide analytical support for activity in the IAM space - this includes facilitation of workshops or meetings, documentation of new processes and requirements for the BAU operation in the support of other projects being implemented.
- Develop training and instructional documentation on the PAM tools for use by the Technology Operations teams.
- Interface with Technology Operations team to ensure system policies (specifically Group Policies and Address Policies) and provisioning processes remain aligned.
- Assistance with other BAU activities as and when required.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven background within a similar IAM/PAM Specialist position.
- Have specialist knowledge of IAM and PAM systems and their dependencies to define solutions or resolve issues that occur.
- Good knowledge of SailPoint IAM tool or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of PAM solutions.
- Good knowledge of IAM provisioning processes.
- Good knowledge or experience of integration of PAM tools with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow.
- Self-starter and proactive attitude are essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Ability to listen, understand technical requirements and complexities of access to various systems and teams to enable effective delivery of the PAM project.
