**Corporate Receptionist - part time**

**£13,500 pa**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist with the experience and passion for delivering a high-end reception service. You will be immaculately presented and professional with a proven work history in a similar role and now looking for a new opportunity with additional tenant and community experience responsibilities.

The fabulous building is situated in Birmingham’s bustling commercial district with a bright and airy reception.

**The role**

You will provide a front of house reception service which will include:
**Managing Reception**
- Manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations
- You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional meet and greet service
- You will ensure a warm, friendly and professional welcome - you will become the ‘face of the building’
- You will sign in all visitors to the building following appropriate reception processes
- You will manage deliveries including couriers and post
- You will also develop a good understanding of the local area and develop a local amenities information file - becoming the ‘go to person’ for local knowledge and information

**The building**
- You will assist the Building Manager to manage maintenance contractors and help with any general administration tasks, as required
- You will be proactive in making suggestions or recommending improvements to the visitor or tenant experience at the building
- You will submit weekly reports on activity (as required)

**Tenant experience and community engagement**
- You will develop and introduce a programme of seasonal events and added value initiatives for the tenants. These will be targeted to appeal to the tenants in the building, helping to drive a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace. This may include negotiating promotions and offers, freebies with local businesses; pop up activity; fitness and wellbeing initiatives or relevant concierge services eg dry cleaning pick up
- You will monitor feedback and participation and be proactive in recommending or tailoring to suit demand
- You will produce a weekly report for key stakeholders to keep them informed of all activities
- You will be confident and creative with a good eye for detail and able to produce communications using onsite/branded graphics

**About you**
- You will have proven experience of working in a high end, premium front of house reception role
- You will have excellent communication skills and be a competent Microsoft Office and confident social media /App user
- Creative and capable of driving the initiatives and concierge programme for tenants
- You will be personable and proactive with a confident manner, a warm personality and be able to deliver impeccable customer service

**The hours and salary**

**Salary**: £13,500

Hours - 23 hours pw

Role 1: Monday & Tuesday 8.00 - 6.00, Wednesday 8.00 - 1.00

Role 2: Wednesday 1.00 - 6.00, Thursday and Friday 8.00 - 6.00

Lunch break - 1 hour unpaid Monday & Tuesday / Thursday & Friday
