**About the role**:
The School of Medicine and Dentistry has a growing Vision Sciences provision area. As the Vision Sciences provision develops and expands, there is a need for staff to assist in the leadership and delivery of the programmes.

The School wishes to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Optometry and Ophthalmic Dispensing to support the management of the Vision Sciences educational provision, quality assurance, and assessment of credit and non-credit bearing courses in this area.

**About you**:
Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. This position is based in Preston. This role may attract a market rate supplement payment.
