About the role: We are seeking an outstanding academic to join our School of Medicine and Dentistry as a Senior Lecturer in Digital Health and Online Learning. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of medical and healthcare education and research by integrating cutting‑edge digital technologies into practice and policy. You will be expected to lead curriculum development and innovation across related postgraduate programmes, supervise student projects/dissertations and research candidates whilst conducting your own recognised research in areas such as AI in healthcare, digital therapeutics, and health data science. About you: The post holder will be able to develop and deliver materials on the use of digital systems within a healthcare setting and will need to demonstrate explicit knowledge of the NHS and system applications, such as, artificial intelligence in healthcare and governance of digital health solutions. The successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, a PhD in a related subject and a formal teaching qualification or Fellowship (Descriptor 2) of AdvanceHE.
