- Responding to enquiries in relation to events and conferencing
- Participating in meetings and tours of the conference facilities
- Matching facilities to customer requirements
- Negotiating costs and producing quotes and contracts relating to sales/ events
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Ensuring event bookings run smoothly
**Job skills required for Sales Administrator - Conference and Events**
- Previous office administration experience
- The ability to build and develop relationships
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Able to commute to Manchester City Centre
- Able to commit to a minimum 3-month temporary job
