As an FP&A Senior Manager - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Reporting & Analytics, you need to be able to inspire and motivate whilst managing complex financial issues.

We are located in the countryside between Reading and Basingstoke with onsite parking. There are good bus links between Reading, Basingstoke and Newbury.

**Salary**: Starts at**£55,560**Negotiable (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

- Representing FP&A in wider initiatives, both within the AWE Finance Function
- Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships
- Working collegiately with the business and other functions
- Developing confidence and trust in the ability of finance to support business needs
- Working collaboratively with Finance teams and other functions to ensure that senior leadership have the right information and advice
- Setting the direction, empowering, inspiring, motivating, and coaching team members to enable effective delivery of objectives and supporting individual's personal development and careers

You must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the relevant security clearance for this role.
