**Salary**: £55650 - £85550 based on experience.

As the FP&A Senior Manager - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Reporting & Analytics, you'll be responsible for managing the finance reporting systems that develop appropriate management information. You'll develop the reporting strategy, managementinformation metrics and data repositories where all finance related reports are produced and standardised through business engagement.
What will you be responsible for?
- Supporting the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) in shaping and delivering the annual objectives
- Provide direction to ensure Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) operates to meet FP&A objectives, including support, maintenance, testing, and developing functional/technical specifications
- Manage the EPBCS system, engaging with Information Systems (IS) and Finance corporate systems to ensure, all updates are incorporated, and patch and user acceptance tested
- Provide direction to ensure the EPBCS system shows one version of the truth, and all users are fully trained
- Develop and maintain the finance reporting strategy, including having an up-to-date reporting catalogue, review all reports on a timely basis to ensure they are fit for purpose and that all reports have work instructions and are kite marked
- Own a repository of finance standardised finance reports / dashboards / KPI's, ensuring that key stakeholders are engaged and that all reports are fit for purpose allowing decision making at all levels of the business
- Ensure that other sub-functions e.g., Human Resources (HR) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), understand their reporting, avoiding duplication of effort and to guarantee data integrity
- Develop and maintain a system for prioritising fixes and updates to reports, ensuring users are given a reasonable expectation of resolution
- Take a lead role in the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) leadership team, whereby owning and managing all finance reporting, at all levels of the business to ensure insightful analysis / reviews that allow AWE to successfully deliver a yearly business plan
- Enabling self service capabilities where possible, allowing individuals access to information/reporting without any intervention.

- Represent FP&A in wider initiatives, both within the AWE Finance Function and across AWE when appropriate
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative and mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships
- Working collaboratively with the business and other functions to enable the delivery of business plans and objectives
- Develop confidence and trust in the ability of finance to support business needs
- Communicate with impact and providing insight including financial and wider business implications
- Flexible in undertaking duties unique to the needs of the business area and supporting the business to resolve complex problems
- Engage with the business and drawing on the required support from the finance function or other functions related to finance
- Work collaboratively with Finance teams and other functions to ensure that senior leadership have the right information and advice
- Set the direction, empowering, inspiring, motivating, and coaching team members to enable effective delivery of objectives and supporting individual's personal development and careers
