With Intelligence is looking for an Event Executive who will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a variety of events, whilst providing support and managing the administration of a portfolio of events. The events include awards, summits and workshops which take place virtually and in person.

This busy role would suit an articulate and confident event coordinator with meticulous attention to detail. Existing experience running events, both virtual and in person, is essential along with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- End to end project management
- Budget management
- Full responsibility for event logistics, resulting in the delivery of high quality and profitable events
- Supplier sourcing and relationship management
- Liaise with and manage all event stakeholders
- Brief and delegate to a team of support staff
- Management of internal deadlines and reporting systems
- Use of various event platforms and Salesforce
- Post-event evaluation and debrief

**Requirements**:

- Solid events experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability, and experience, working on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
- Numerate and commercially aware
- Reliable team player with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and with multiple people, at any given time
- Willing to work unsocial hours as required
