As their **Technical Support Advisor, **you will assist in the diagnosis and resolution of issues with devices operating on our Telematics platform, liaising with our 2nd and 3rd Line IT Development Team and 3rd parties to rectify issues in a timely manner.Other duties will include:

- Gathering information on customer issues and identifying & resolving common faults.
- Identifying and deploying fixes to our telematics devices across the globe.
- Using a ticket system to log, diagnose and feedback issues.
- Reporting key operational metrics to the senior management team

As the **Technical Support Advisor, **you will need to be a natural at building customer relations to deliver a first-class customer experience. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing business environment whilst maintaining a positive outlook.Experience of working in extremely busy customer or technical support or service role. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients at any one time. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
