Facilities Management Supervisor Apprentice

Complete the practical and academic requirements for a qualification in Facilities Management Level 3. Ensure the delivery of an excellent and responsive customer service. Assist with the day-to-day management and auditing of contractors and service providers Assist with the procurement of supplies in accordance with financial regulations and ensuring best value objectives are achieved at all times Assist the administration required within the department To contribute to the Estates and Facilities department work. To gain an understanding of how the Department functions by providing support as required whilst gaining knowledge and experience and by undertaking training in the following: NVQ level 3 Facilities Management Technical Certificate Level 2 Maths and English (if not held on entry) completed prior to completion of apprenticeship.
Follow all policies/procedures and guidance related to the designated role Other duties requested by the Trust in line with the grading of this post.
