A Nottingham based Global Manufacturing client are seeking an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor.
As an experienced Maintenance supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities.
Key Duties:

- Assist in maintaining preventative programs for the facility
- Generating operational protocol and records for various utility systems and equipment
- Accurately complete all equipment logbooks and maintenance records.
- Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates
- Performs general facilities structural, equipment, and landscaping inspections
- Monitor systems such as fire protection, security, burglar and facility access, including inspecting
- Completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Key Skills/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or experience in related field
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- CNC Maintenance background strongly preferred
- Previous Maintenance & Facilities Management experience
Salary circa £45k
