**About the Role**

**Contract Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Working Pattern**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

**Salary**: Dependent on experience

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing a wide variety of activities for the children that is suitable to their individual stages of development.
- Ensuring that child records on Tapestry are kept up to date.
- Building relationships with the parents to build communication between home and pre-school for the child.
- Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children regardless of any disabilities, family backgrounds, or medial history.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who has:

- NVQ Level 3.
- A teaching assistant qualification or the equivalent gained through experience.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience of working with children aged 2+, preferably within an education context.

**Personal Qualities**

We are also looking for someone who is:

- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Genuinely enthusiastic about working with children.
- Able to strike a good professional rapport with children, staff, and children.
- A positive role model.
- Flexible to the needs of the students.
