Freelance Trainer

**About Us**:
**The Role**:
We’re on the lookout for registered healthcare professionals - whether you’re a doctor, nurse, paramedic, or similar - with a passion for teaching. If you hold a Level 3 teaching qualification and a Level 3 assessor qualification (don’t worry, we can help with the latter), we want you to join us on a freelance basis.

You’ll be delivering both regulated qualifications and helping us develop innovative, immersive courses. From wound closure to trauma management, ECG interpretation, and administering life-saving medication, you’ll use your own experience to create courses that are as practical and exciting as they are educational.

**Compensation**:
We offer £250.00 per day for delivering regulated qualifications, with all the materials you need provided. For our exciting CPD-style courses, we’ll work together to agree on either a fixed day rate or a profit share - flexible, just like us

We’re looking for professionals who are not only experts in their field but who also know how to engage a room and bring their own personality to the classroom. The essentials include:

- Current **HCPC**, **NMC**, or **GMC** registration with at least 2 years of post-registration experience.
- A **Level 3 Education and Training** qualification.
- A **Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement** (though we may be able to help you obtain this).

**Location**:
This role is based at our dedicated training centre in Leominster, Herefordshire. It’s a bright and spacious environment, perfect for practical demonstrations with a large screen for presentations and big windows that let in plenty of natural light. We’ve got climate control to keep the temperature just right, loads of free onsite parking, and ample coffee to keep you and your delegates energised throughout the day

We’ll provide everything you need to deliver the courses - all you need to bring is your expertise and enthusiasm
