**The Role**

As a Human Resources Administrator with William Purves, you will provide the highest standards of service, guidance, and professionalism to our colleagues. You will assist the Human Resource Manager and Chief Cultural Officer to support our colleagues and ensure the efficient running of the HR function.

This role is based in our Bruntsfield head office, however, does involve travel to our offices throughout Scotland and Northumberland.

Job description

Administration:

- Monitoring of HR and recruitment inbox
- Responding or escalating queries as appropriate
- Providing accurate and timely HR support
- Note taking in meetings

Recruitment, lead the end to end process:

- Indeed job posts
- Formal offers / issue and receipt of all documents including contracts, references and disclosures
- Onboarding and Induction
- Follow up with TL’s regarding probation updates and issue end of probation letters

Absence Management
- Monthly absence report review
- Follow up on missing return to work forms
- Support Team Leaders with absence review meetings

Maintain Employee records and ensure accurate HR data:

- Scanning of HR files to convert all information to a digital format
- Follow up on any missing information

Financial advisor liaison:

- Update the monthly new starts and leavers
- Assist in arranging new start and annual review meetings

**Salary and benefits offered**

Salary £16,800 to 18,000 pro rata for 21 hours ( FTE £28,000 to £30,000)
