**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will contribute significantly to the success of our sales operations.

**Duties**
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in order processing to ensure stock availability.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to help shape sales strategies.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
