Venn Group is working with a reputable London-based University to recruit for a PMO Lead. The postholder will have the opportunity support in the successful delivery of major project and programme changes within the University, ensuring consistent project management, tools and templates.

**Duties**:

- Define, own and implement PMO standards, governance and process
- Develop and maintain a strategic project methodology and framework including templates and toolkits
- Develop and maintain a central repository of portfolio information about active and planned major change projects
- Drive best practice behaviour and ensure methods and standards are adhered to across the programme
- Provide guidance and support to project/programme teams
- PMO/Project management qualification
- An understanding of change project/programme management methodologies
- Ability to establish processes and procedures and to implement them successfully
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be immediately available

Location: Southwest London

WFH: 3 days on site, 2 days working from home

Daily rate: £300 via umbrella (some flexibility)

Contract length: 6 months
