**Lead PMO**

Hybrid working - Inside IR35

A global banking organisation require an experienced Lead/Senior PMO to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. The Project Office Lead will support with Tech Leads with management of the regional technology book of work. This is working in a fastpaced environment and will require excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain the Technology Book of Work ensuring project status, RAG, delivery dates, issues and risks are up to date.
- Analyse monthly financials ensuring projected variances are within thresholds.
- Ensure project and programme risks are logged and remedial actions are followed through.
- Collate monthly achievements across the department and generate monthly reports and dashboards.
- Support governance routines and executive presentations including creating meeting materials and capturing key takeaways from the meeting.
- Drive and lead special projects on behalf of the regional leadership team.
- Identify processes in the CtB space that can be optimised/stopped and/or automated.

**Skills required**:

- Demonstrable period of hands-on experience with banking technology preferably in the Capital Markets/Investment Banking division.
- Experience in Project Management/PMO roles.
- Expertise in metrics and reporting including analysing data and presenting summaries/themes.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and organizational skills (in a matrixed environment)
- Self-starter and quick learner with expertise in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.
