Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our expanding ecommerce team, who is confident and willing to learn about the business and sector we are in.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for the production of CRM campaigns end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered timely and to the highest standard. This will involve creative briefs, promo set-up, build, test and launch of marketing and triggered comms through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Support omni-channel CRM strategies and new initiatives to help drive customer retention and acquisition
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying any trends, as well as risks and opportunities
- Actively communicate and collaborate with the other departments to enable the customer-focused marketing strategy
What You'll Need:
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous but not essential
- Data literate with good understanding of performance metrics beyond the top line number
- Experience in the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create strong cross-functional working relationships
- An analytical, proactive, and flexible approach
- Proficiency in excel
- Basic understanding of HTML
