**Technical Support Coordinator**

As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will be working within the Technical Team reporting directly into the Quality Systems Manager. You shall be assisting the Quality Systems Manager ensuring that matters relating to food safety, technical, legality and quality are adhered to and maintained.

**What you will contribute**:
To maintain/manage the Internal Audit system, issuing of packs for auditors, documenting non-conformances in line with the non-conformance procedure
Support the team in traceability exercises including the collation of manufacturing records and technical documents
Collate and submit routine samples for Micro/Chemical/Environmental testing using the ALS system and trend results in line with the non-conformance procedure
To support the Technical team in other project work and to support and participate in customer and third party audits and visits
Maintenance and management of the complaints system, including liaising with external customers, trend analysis and business KPI slides / reporting
Management of Stevens recipe system: recipe amendments, new recipes
Management of internal non-conformances, trending and business KPI slides
Management of suppliers of service
Management of calibration equipment and schedule
Ensuring the QAS system is kept up to date, recording and trending quality panel results
Responsible for food safety, quality, hygiene and legislation compliance. Applicable to role.

**What you will bring**:
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Food Manufacturing Processes
Leadership skills, including communication, engagement and motivation to drive continuous improvement in Food Safety supporting, brand, own label, compliance.
Understanding of required food safety legislation to deliver correct specifications
Ideally have an understanding of food manufacturing
Good interpersonal skills, managing a fast paced specifications team.
Participation in Customer and Third Party audits, manage close out actions delivering sustainable change
Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint skills
