**Customer Sales and Service Consultant - SME INSURANCE** Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.**

**£24,000- £25,000 depending on experience **+ sales incentive up to £12,000**

**What you’ll be doing**:
Our Customer Sales and Service Consultants help small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will use your communication skills to build a rapport with your customer through gathering the right information to ensure you can deliver an outstanding service. You will work towards set targets, with attractive sales incentives of up to £12,000. You will work as part of a dynamic team striving to achieve both team and individual targets. This is an ideal opportunity for a sales driven person.

**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:

- Experience in call handling (ideally **sales** experience) is required.
- Experience in Insurance is preferred but not essential, many of our Customer Sales Consultants come from a wide variety of customer focused careers.
- You will enjoy speaking to customers, be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs.
- The ability to perform basic maths tasks and simple IT systems.
