**The Opportunity**
As Estates Surveyor you will provide a comprehensive and professional surveying service for a of group companies.
You will provide professional advice and service to various departments relating to all land and property issues including above and below ground assets and associated works
As Estate Surveyor you will be responsible for supervising and undertaking referencing, access negotiations, Schedules of Condition, serving of Statutory Notices, compensation negotiations, acquisition, and purchase of rights in land.
You will assist with the management off the Non-Operational Estate and Leasehold of the Operational Estate which includes Residential, Agriculture and Commercial land and buildings.- Delivering the capital delivery programme.
- Support and active management of the company’s land and property to ensure their effective and efficient use
- Ensuring that good relations are maintained with landowners’ agents, tenants and property partners.
- Maximising income from property and increasing the security of income.

**The Person**
The appointed Estates Surveyor will demonstrate:

- MRICS qualification with proven post qualification experience.
- Having the technical skills and abilities to effectively deal with all aspects of day-to-day management of a diverse commercial and operational land and property along with good interpersonal skills provide sound property related advice to the businessand a broad range of customers
- Ability to work collaboratively within the team to deliver short, medium and long-term workload and projects to meet a range of targets and deadlines (contractual, budgetary control etc.)
Using negotiation skills to deliver successful outcomes in transactions, contract and other negotiations, developing a variety of approaches to negotiation as appropriate to the individual case
