**What you'll be doing**:

- Complete external market facing transactions, supporting management of cash flows by currency
- Implement and carry out hedging/trading strategy, operating within trading running the structural limits and as per parameters outlined by Treasury mandates
- Understand current business model and payment flows, to understand and identify market risks
- Contribute to the design and set up of MI reports, procedures and controls to mitigate/handle these risks
- Support documentation of policies and procedures associated with the above
- Participate in new product and expansion initiatives for Treasury market risks and funding requirements
- Maintain close awareness of market conditions by reading market analysis and monitoring market pricing
- Produce management information on Treasury P&L and analysis of drivers

**About you**:

- Market facing/execution experience, with strong experience in FX markets/products, Treasury experience is preferred
- Quantitative and analytical skills, including modelling skills, very proficient in MS Excel - knowledge of VBA or coding is preferable
- Knowledge of interest rate markets and products preferable, but not crucial
- Experience of market risk management frameworks
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build and use cross-functional relationships
- Experience of working through change and implementing new processes
- Attention to detail and proactivity is crucial
- Basic knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including either banking or EMI/PI regulations beneficial
