Full-Time, Permanent Position

An opportunity has arisen for a full time General Estate Worker at Frendraught Estate near Huntly in Aberdeenshire.
- would include but are not limited to:

- Woodland planting, felling & wood chipping/log splitting
- Tractor driving, trailer towing
- Field maintenance and fence repairs
- Maintenance of roads, paths, ditches & ponds
- Maintenance of equipment when required
- Handyman duties using power tools
- Assist with general property maintenance
- Maintenance of water supplies
- Maintenance of riverbanks when required
- Driving and running errands as per business & owner requirements
- Basic animal husbandry knowledge
- Work based in a rural location so a driving licence and own transport essential; accommodation is not provided.
- Punctual, positive “can do” attitude
- Attention to detail and flexibility are vital, tidy & organised
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor work in varied weather conditions
- Largely lone working but ability to work within team when required
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary

A competitive salary is offered to commensurate with experience.

Closing date Monday 17th February, with interviews to be held week beginning Monday 24th February.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
