**4 Day working Week** **Full Time or Part Time Positions available** We are looking for a passionate Front of house receptionist/administrator to join a dynamic, growing team at Falcon Chiropractic. Our busy and passionate team offers a positive and vibrant workplace. With a mission of helping as many people as possible to maintain and improve their health through natural chiropractic care. You will proudly run a busy front-of-house with a wide range of duties while delivering exceptional customer service to our practice members. You need to be a "people person", confident on the phone, and enjoy working in a busy environment with a constant positive attitude and a strong desire to help our clients to experience a healthy life. You need to have a strong experience in customer service and a genuine interest in natural health care and self-development. Job Responsibilities: - Attend/ Run offsite outreach/ screenings events - Payments and daily banking - Administrative responsibilities - Recalls of active and inactive clients - Providing excellent customer service at ALL times - General housekeeping tasks to ensure the clinic is always clean and tidy - To attend conferences, shows, meetings, and training sessions as required by Falcon Chiropractic What we offer: - Full-time employment (38 hours per week) - Seminars and conferences (travel and expenses covered) - Full training provided* (up to 3 months) - Training and support will be given both initially and ongoing - Opportunity to join a strong growing team - An excellent work environment - Free Chiropractic care - 28 Days Holiday per year **Requirements**: - Professional, helpful, and friendly both in person and on the phone - Excellent writing and conversation skills - Great interpersonal skills, work well within a team - Must be flexible, trustworthy, punctual, and reliable - Great organisational skills - Able to multitask - Must be able to perform well under pressure, especially during busy clinic hours - Highly computer literate Availability during evenings.
