Architectural Technician

**Architectural Technician, Maidenhead, £35,000, depending on experience**

My client, a highly successful family-run construction and architecture specialist is recruiting an Architectural Technician to join them on a full-time permanent basis. The company have over 75 years of experience in planning and building luxury commercialand private homes across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and beyond.

As an Architectural Technician, you will be working closely with a supportive, friendly, flexible team supporting the Senior Architect delivering concept designs and planning drawings for a range of small to large-scale residential projects. You will beable to take a project through all the RIBA work stages and be confident with the technical design and construction phases.

To be considered for this vacancy you will of course be highly organised, and proactive with a good work ethic. You will have
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role working on residential housing projects
- Be Confident with the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft packages (REVIT would be an advantage)
- An excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude to work
- Technical experience, contract administration and project management
- Excellent English, both written and verbal + eligible to work in the UK
