Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.

We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.

This role sits within the worldwide team at Zenith, however the role will be required to collaborate closely with other Zenith Departments (Especially Operations, programmatic and Search) and with Publicis Solutions hubs, working to deliver 'Power of One’Groupe projects for Nestlé.

The Strategy Director will support the Global teams in driving digital excellence, growth, innovation and thought leadership for the agency and work across Nestlé’s Business Units and will also work in close partnership with the Account and Digital & DataTeams.

This role sits within the worldwide team at Zenith, however the role will be required to collaborate closely with other Zenith Departments (Especially Operations, programmatic and Search) and with Publicis Solutions hubs, working to deliver 'Power of One’Groupe projects for Nestlé.

You'll be the Global media strategy and planning lead on Nespresso where your strong leadership skills and strategic superpowers will come into play whilst talking to senior folks in multiple markets and leading the Team to greatness.
- We are looking for a passionate individual to work within the Nestlé team based in London. While we don’t expect a single person to be an expert in every specialism, we are looking for someone who appreciates the importance of holistic plans, not just someonewho sees themselves as 'brand’ or 'performance’, 'creative’ or 'analytical’, 'digital’ or 'traditional’; be responsible for driving brand success; build and hone deep and trusting relationshipswith clients’ business groups and key client stakeholders, be theclient’s trusted advisor.
- You will be required to lead regional media recommendations (such as Global Media Principles, Sufficiency Guidelines, Media Reviews, Roadmaps); Develop Integrated Communications Planning framework; Deploy global recommendations and provide guidance to localmarket media planning leads and work with Meta Research and Decision Science teams to ensure knowledge sharing and advise of research required (ongoing or ad hoc)
- We are looking for strong strategic leadership, thought leadership and client management skills; hands on, entrepreneurial thinker with gravitas and credibility; Good collaborator and experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team; Has experienceworking with household names within the FMCG, beverages, confectionary space; Able to work fast and use flexible thinking;
**Qualifications**

A background within a media agency, insight, strategy or digital are essential in addition to consumer research & insight development, able to identify & interpret actionable insights using data, able to present confidently and an ability to speak simplywhen explaining strategy.

We are looking for a strong communicator and team player, able to understand the creative agency space, be able to think creatively, articulate a story and work collaboratively with cross agency teams to drive E2E thinking through to activation. Someonewith the confidence to challenge the client and team and to ensure deliver on marketing metrics that drive to business outcome; brilliant client service and fostering that culture within your team to ensure smooth delivery across what is a complex piece ofbusiness.

**Experience / skills required**:
Background within media agency
Previous experience in a global team is not essential
Mix of analytical and creative approaches to work
Understanding of industry tools and systems (e.g, GWI & TGI)
Confident presenter and storyteller. Ability to present to C-Level executives.
Team orientation
Great written work and eye for presentational creativity
Energy and resilience
Interest in digital infrastructure, content strategy and measurement would be helpful
