**Sales Assistant (Flexible Worker)**

**LOCATION: Yardley, Birmingham**

**SALARY: National minimum wage**

**HOURS: Working as a Flexible Worker you will be offered work on an ‘as and when’ basis to support our retail store**

We are not like any other charity. All the stock in our stores is new, donated by retailers, allowing us to create a heaven for bargain hunters and savvy fashionista shoppers who want high street products at discount prices.

What we do and how we do it is unique and being a “Newlifer” is very special. Our team members are passionate about what they do and the contribution they make in helping the families we work with.

**The Opportunity**:
No two days are the same as due to the nature of the business the product type can change.

We are looking for someone who is confident and able to communicate across all levels, who is reliable and flexible, with great attention to detail and able to work as part of a team to achieve goals and targets.

**Duties include**:
Delivering high levels of customer service, merchandising and replenishment.

Supporting with stock preparation

Complete cashing up of store takings as scheduled with your Line Manager

The role would suit someone who has either previous experience in a retail / customer service or who has skills that are transferable to this role.
