Job Title: New Build Construction Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented New Build Construction Cleaner to join our team. As a New Build Construction Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that newly constructed buildings are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of newly constructed buildings, including removing debris, dust, and dirt from all surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize all areas, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
- Remove and dispose of construction materials, packaging, and waste.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and equipment to achieve desired results.
- Follow safety protocols and use protective gear when necessary.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor, preferably in a construction or similar environment. CSCS holder preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends, if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 37.5 per week
