**Guest Experience Agent**:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Guest Services Agent with excellent telephone manner to deliver exceptional guest service throughout the guest journey. You will have exceptional people skills, be comfortable with standard PC systems and have a passion for helping people. If you are passionate about hospitality and have experience as a Guest Service Agent or Switchboard Operative in a high-volume hotel environment, then we want to hear from you.
