**Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities EA to Executive** - Provide calendar management support for the CEO and Manging Director. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. - Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s and Managing Director’s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO/ Managing Director to cultivate ongoing relationships - Preparation of board packs with support of Finance. - Minutes in all Board and high level meetings. - Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO/ Managing Director and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Executive Team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff, including the Executive Team, on behalf of the CEO/ Managing Director. - Complete travel bookings on behalf of the CEO/ Managing Director and Executive Team. Perform expense reconciliation as required. - Advise the CEO/ Managing Director of matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation - Ensure a positive and supportive experience for our global employee group. This includes answering first line general inquiries from global employees as required. - Recording visitors and providing them with visitor security passes - Provide visitors with drinks and ensure board room is kept free for Exec where required moving a few people around if need be - Organising lunches for visitors/exec as required - Offering drinks to visitors and ensuring for all day meetings removal of lunch waste, drinks replenishment - Special projects as requested (i.e. reports, presentations, data analysis, etc.) **Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities HR Administrator**: - Coach, consult, persuade, and influence management to ensure best practice engagement and problem-solving approaches. - Manage the global talent selection process including authorisation to recruit, completing job briefings, development of job postings and creation talent development campaigns via ATS. - Manage corporate communications by working with internal departments for accountments and updates as required - Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, performance management and disciplinary matters, including global grievances, redundancies, attendance management, etc. - Promote and strategize the employer branding to support a strong talent acquisition strategy - Develop statistical reporting and analysis of human resources related data to support business decision-making, ensure HR compliance and data integrity. - Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs globally. - Maintain employee data to conduct analysis of statistical data and reports to identify causes of personnel problems and identify future trends. Work to develop recommendations for improvement of corporate HR policies and practices. - Creation and maintenance of corporate policies and HR procedures. Advising on legal updates as required. - Support employee engagement activities, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys and the development of action planning from results. - Manage the payroll process by collecting and preparing data for submission, as well as ensure the process is efficient and meets statutory requirements. Work with vendors to ensure a seamless process. - Support office management requirements for their assigned location as required. - Provide opportunities for charity and social opportunities for the organization as needed. - Complete, where necessary and appropriate, administrative duties in support of the HR team. - End to end project management of various activities working with various levels. **Knowledge, Skills & Experience** - Progressive human resources management or senior generalist level experience, preferably in a standalone, fast paced and performance-oriented business environment; technology sector is a plus - spinning lots of plates will be your speciality - You’ll be curious and enjoy identifying and actioning improvements not only in processes but in our leaders. - Comfortable in building, sourcing, and delivering people training to all levels of employees. - Well-developed business/personal judgment skills in resolving issues - Must be able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive information. - Strong leadership ability, coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and interpersonal/relationship management skills, able to engage people at all levels of the organization. - Exhibit integrity and good judgment - Natural and confident presenter with gravitas around managers - Sound working knowledge and understanding of human resources best practices and legislation in UK is essential, desirable for North America, Italy or France - A flexible a
