Position: Rugby Coach

Fixed working hours: Saturday. Shift times will range, with the earliest start time being 07:45 and the latest finish time being 12:00.

Primary working location: Wimbledon Park

Pay: £36 - £50 per session dependent on previous experience and qualifications

Are you the right person to join our team?

We are looking for a confident and dedicated person who is able to work as part of our growing team. You must have a keen interest in sports coaching, teaching or childcare and be able to interact and engage with children of various age groups. You must have a passion for what we do and can contribute to the continuous development of the club.

Daily tasks include:

- Delivering fun and engaging sports sessions for children aged from 3 years to 14 years
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Promoting the brand in a positive way at all times
- Setting up and packing down sports equipment
- Liaising with customers to provide feedback, discuss their child's development and to promote upcoming events and services

Essential Requirements:

- Previous experience of sports coaching or working with children within an educational environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable speaking to parents and children
- Can commit to Saturdays and/or Sundays on a weekly basis

Desired Requirements:

- Be comfortable as a lead coach from the first day
- RFU Level 1 and/or Tag Rugby workshop
- Relevant coaching experience
- First aid trained

All applicants are required to have a valid fully enhanced DBS check, which we can help you obtain. You must have the right to work within the UK and if successful can provide the relevant documentation.
