Seeking a person qualified as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Level 3-4 utilising Design Builder software. Level 3-4 TM44 and Display Energy Assessor would also be of an advantage. **Full UK Driving Licence essential**

**Would also consider someone looking for a change in career with who is self motivated has excellent communication skills, computer literate and have a good level of general education, particularly in Maths**

We are a specialist Building Services Consultancy providing a wide range of building analysis and energy auditing services operating throughout the UK.

We are seeking for someone who can work productively and independently either from our office in South Yorkshire or from a part home based location. There will be a need to site visit buildings across the whole of the UK.

**Responsibilities**
- Relevant: 2 years (preferred)
- Delivering specialist advice to reduce energy and carbon use in the built environment
- Modelling a range of building types using IES or Design Builder
- Providing TM44 complaint reports.
- Capable of advising clients and building managers on the technical and economic performance of a range of low carbon energy, sustainable measures, technologies, and holistic solutions for the built environment.
- Providing professional works to clients including but not limited to:

- Non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
- Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards Reports (MEES)
- Display Energy Certificates (DEC)
- Decarbonisation reports
- SBEM
- Overheating analysis
- Cooling calculations
- Thermal Bridging
- U-Value calculations

Full-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 + per year increasing on experience
