Norse Group's Support Services Division has an excellent opportunity within our HR Department for a HR Co-ordinator to join our HR team at our Head office in Norwich.

This position is being offered on a full-time permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday; however, other working patterns and hours would be considered.

**The role**

As part of the HR team, you will assist the HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and Employment Consultants with the efficient completion of all HR related administrative procedures, ensuring a confidential and efficient service is always provided across the group, you will also be responsible for;
- Assisting with internal and external HR related enquiries via our Ask HR help desk by providing HR administration support and advice in line with policies and procedures
- Supporting the wider business with all Maternity and Paternity related queries and administration
- Communicating effectively with managers and employees, maintaining a positive and professional approach
- Coordinating Data Subject Access Requests and ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations
- Providing administration support with business change and employee relations activity such as case work and TUPE
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

You will ideally have previous experience within an office environment whilst also demonstrating;
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practice.
- Ability to engage and communicate with people at all levels across the business
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and other HR related systems
- Either working towards or willing to work towards the CIPD qualification
