What you’ll be doing
- Planning & Coordination
- Work closely with Deputy Site Managers to ensure all planned works are delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard. Support the planning of both critical and routine tasks, including major component changes and annual campaigns.
- Coordinate and prioritise multiple scopes of work across Balance of Plant, WTG, OFSS, ONSS, and major projects—both above and below water. Review resource planners regularly and flag any shortages to site management in advance.
- Lead daily coordination meetings to manage simultaneous operations, agree on priorities, and resolve access or crane restrictions effectively.

Work Requests & Access Control
- Facilitate and control site work requests and asset access, ensuring all activities meet safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate site access restrictions for foundations, vessels, and WTGs, and update the Anomalies Register accordingly.

- Generate and manage work orders, prioritising and scheduling them based on resource availability. Act as the site focal point for SAP, offering guidance and training to team members.
- Ensure the SAP database reflects all current maintenance activities. Maintain and update the Asset Snag Register, ensuring defects are logged, categorised, assigned, and closed out promptly. Support digitalisation efforts using tools like Power BI and Power Automate to enhance reporting and workflow efficiency.

Operational Support
- Prepare and issue work packs with all necessary documentation, safety instructions, and checklists. Collaborate with Operations Engineering to assess defects and integrate corrective maintenance into the planned programme.
- Provide real-time solutions to operational issues in coordination with the control room to minimise downtime. Assist in reviewing and preparing RAMS, contractual work orders, and scopes of work for ad-hoc or retrofit tasks.
- Contribute to procedure development for site operations and maintenance. Work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator to request parts, tools, and spares. Support the implementation of site processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power Automate to provide visibility into work progress and resource utilisation. Present updates and performance metrics to site management and stakeholders.
- Identify trends in corrective maintenance and provide insights to support proactive defect resolution.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement
