As the energy sector expands, so doestheir business. They are now looking to recruit a **Senior Energy Analyst** to join their team, based in Elmstead Market.

The **Senior Energy Analyst** is a key role liaising with both the helpdesk, Engineers, clients and energy team. They will undertake energy analysis & carbon reporting on behalf of key clients and will have the ability and creativeness to identifysignificant energy uses, anomalies and energy saving technologies. You will work closely with the Energy Account Managers and Energy Analysts to deliver world class reporting and energy saving techniques.
- Using utility data, compile energy & carbon reports for clients
- Analyse energy figures to identify anomalies, trends and improvements to energy savings
- To calculate carbon footprint for key clients
- To have a sound understanding of ESOS, SECR and carbon net-zero requirements
- To identify energy saving technologies, processes and procedures in order to deliver energy savings and carbon reduction to clients
- Working with the energy team, engineers and bureau team to ensure that information flows through the business and that energy actions are completed
- Ensure that client energy performance reports are compiled and reviewed with clients in a timely manner
- Support clients in achieving their energy focused goals and targets
- Investigate energy spikes and anomalies, ensuring that solutions are provided to clients
- Understand building alarms and translate this to clients in a timely fashion
- Identify system faults and recommend appropriate resolutions in conjunction with bureau team
- Provide support to bureau, analysts and engineers to ensure that energy reducing actions are implemented and signed off
- Liaise with clients and senior management to ensure that issues, ideas and actions are escalated and updates are received and understood
- Site Visits as required to deliver monthly/quarterly reviews of reports and contractual targets
- Ensure that deliverables meet customer expectations
- Attend meetings in relation to service, maintenance & energy performance
- Carrying out any further tasks required to meet operational requirements of the business

**Person Specification**:

- Have a good understanding of building management systems
- 2-3 years' experience in an energy utility company or energy consultancy
- High proficiency in Excel
- Strong quantitative, writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Able to work within a dynamic environment with good attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and effectively self-manage priorities
- Excellent team working skills
