An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of a Personal Assistant to support Director of Integrated Health and Care Operations and Quality. The role supports a joint venture between Adult Social Care and Adult Community Services, which delivers a highly effective and competent level of support for Senior Managers across the Health and Social Care system.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to develop their skills and knowledge within health and social care integration, also working alongside other partner agencies, and supporting Directors and Senior Managers with a range of confidential business tasks.

You will act as first point of contact for the Directors and Senior Managers within Adult Community Services, dealing independently with routine enquiries and requests for information, as well as providing support on a wide range of business tasks which may be highly confidential. These tasks may include: project support, diary management, inbox management, data inputting/collation, arranging meetings, taking minutes, working to team processes and procedures etc.

This key role requires the applicant to have excellent communication skills, work as part of a team and to use their initiative to work well under pressure in a busy office environment.
