**Your Team**

Our **Team** brings online retail to life. From engaging social content to sleek digital campaigns and impactful internal videos, we craft video & motion that excites people. Collaborating closely across creative, marketing, and brand teams, we transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. In a fast-paced digital landscape, we ensure every frame captures attention and drives action.

**Your Role**

We're looking for a **Motion Designer** to bring our online retail brand to life through dynamic, engaging visuals. You'll create **eye-catching animations** for social content, digital campaigns, and internal videos, ensuring our storytelling is bold, stylish, and on-brand. Working closely with designers, marketers, and content creators, you'll craft motion graphics that captivate audiences and drive engagement.

**Your Tasks and Responsibilities**

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, daily tasks may vary, but a key focus is supporting and enhancing social content while collaborating with the digital team to improve the website.

**Your Skills, Knowledge and Experience**

You ideally have strong skills in animation and motion design, with expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and relevant design tools. They bring experience in creating engaging social content, digital ads, and internal videos for online retail, combining storytelling with brand consistency. Proficiency in Cinema 4D and/or Figma is a strong plus.

**What to expect from here**:

- If we believe you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you for an informal conversation via phone or Microsoft Teams with our Talent Acquisition Manager.
- If successful, you’ll then meet with the Senior Motion Graphics Designer at Debenhams House to discuss your experience in more detail and explore the value you can bring to the team.
- Most of our hiring processes consist of two stages. You will meet with the senior motion graphics designer to present a response to a brief - You may also be asked to meet with Senior Leadership
- We will conclude the process after this stage and feedback soon after your final meeting with a final decision.
