Our client, a global Investment Bank is looking for an EMEA Benefits Specialist. You will be a part of an established EMEA Benefits team, supporting the management and implementation of the company's benefits strategy. One key area of focus will be to ensureany benefit vendor services are progressed in compliance with the organisations process requirements.

**The role will require**:
In depth and hands on experience of managing benefits in the EMEA region including a broad understanding of benefits vendor management.

Demonstrable experience in a global / multinational organization and have had experience in administering and managing plans in different countries.

**Areas of focus**:

- The role will encompass vendors across the EMEA region and will work with partners in sourcing / procurement, vendor management. Key role requirements will be to:

- Work with our sourcing partners to register new vendors, update vendor details and ensure assessment of vendors where material vendor changes take place.
- Work the EMEA Benefits Team to review all contracts and statements of work, partner with vendors on changes to the contracts and manage contract and statement of work renewals across the team.
- Partner with Sourcing and benefits team members on Benefits RFI and RFPs, drafting scope of business requirements and creating SLAs.
- Work with Benefits Partners to onboard new vendors into the organisation's benefits governance model.

Information Security Process Coordination.
- Working with Information security partners to ensure regular vendor assessments are executed in a timely manner.
- Working with technology partners to determine and risks and problem solving with Benefits specialists where benefits services are impacted as a result.
- Reviewing vendor assessments to determine changes to benefits process or design that will drive efficiency in the vendor partnering process.
- **This role will be a 12 month contract c£650/day**_
