We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile banking clients based in London. They are currently looking for a Benefits Specialist on a 12 month contract based from home, with a 2 day per week requirement in the London office.
Overview of the role:
The team sits within the compensation, benefit and payroll division. The role will be supporting a team of three specialists; EMEA (non UK) Benefit & Pensions Director, UK Benefits Lead and UK Pensions Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the EMEA Pension and Benefit team in
- the design and implementation of new and existing offerings, management of the EMEA flexible benefits platform and the roll out of flexible benefits schemes in new locations across EMEA
- annual benefit enrolment in various locations from co-ordination of portal text, checking requirement (process) documents, portal testing and delivering marketing roadshows/communications
- interpreting management information from vendors and assembling quarterly reports as and when required
- assuming responsibility of monthly UK payroll instructions including but not limited to long term sickness insurance and international medical insurance
- owning and managing the invoice process including tracking and reconciliation ensuring payments are made to vendors on time and the accrual is accurate
- updating pension/benefit wording on the UK intranet and internal letter templates (contracts, on boarding, off boarding and workforce data letters, policy documents and handbooks)
- other ad-hoc administrative tasks where required
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven background in Human Resources and or Pension/Benefit function
- Familiarity with flexible benefit portals
- Background in financial services desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organisation and develop and maintain positive relationships with third party advisers and vendors

**Location**:
This is a hybrid role, working from home with working from London office required at least twice a week.
Working hours:
Standard working hours with some flex where required - 37.5 hours per week
