**Role: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

**Location: London**

**Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K Year 2) (£60K Year 3)**

This opportunity is perfect for either a graduate or someone looking to make a career change, looking to get into recruitment. They will provide a structured 12 week training plan, giving you the platform for a successful career in recruitment. From here,you will be aligned with a team and provided ongoing coaching and development as you grow in the business.

**The Role**:

- Deliver excellent service for our clients and build strong relationships
- 90% of their business is repeat business
- Process management: Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
- Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
- Hitting daily targets and KPI's

**Requirements**:

- Recent degree from university or 6 months sales experience.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Ambitious individuals looking to progress their career quickly.
- Commercially savvy.
- Financially and success driven.
- Inherent competitive nature.
- Great communication skills.
- Resilient, hardworking and persuasive.
