**Job Overview**:
The ideal HoS will be a skilled leader, adept at managing Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Sales Executives, and consistently hitting revenue targets. You will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving team performance, and delivering outstanding results in a competitive landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue objectives.
- **Team Leadership**:
Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Managers, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with sales goals. Oversee Contracts Managers and allocate workload accordingly.
- **Pipeline Management**:
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage, from lead generation to deal closure. Establish inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- **Market Expansion**:
Identify and exploit new market opportunities to drive business growth, staying ahead of the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align objectives and drive results.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **three years of sales experience**, including management responsibilities within sales teams.
- Proven ability to **manage and develop a team**, including Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.
- **Strong leadership skills** with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- In-depth understanding of **sales principles and best practices**.
- Excellent **analytical and quantitative skills**, with the ability to interpret data, support decisions, and drive actions.
- Exceptional **problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and client interaction.

**Additional Details**:

- **Salary**: Base pay starting from £32,000 per year, with the opportunity for additional commission-based earnings.
