**Role - Service Advisor / Service Receptionist
Salary - £25,000 basic OTE £29,000
Location - Bolton
**Richard Abson Group are helping a main car dealership in Bolton to find them an experienced and quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.
The business a well-known and reputable dealership in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training. They will aim to have you train as a fully accredited Service Advisor within the first 12 months.

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.
**Requirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist**:

- At least 1 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network)
- Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales
- Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred)

**Salary and working hours**:
The business is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £25,000, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning an average of £36,000.
Working hours are Monday to 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30noon. You’ll be based in a team of 3 Advisor & 7 Technicians.
