Franchised Motor Dealership - Bolton
Are you a people focused Service Advisor who loves delivering excellent customer service and enjoys working in a busy, rewarding environment?
We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well established dealership in Bolton. You'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every visit runs smoothly.
What's on offer:
£28,500 basic salary plus realistic £9,000 bonus potential
Extra earnings through service plan sales
Regular incentives for upselling and performance
Supportive, friendly team with genuine career progression opportunities
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.30pm | Saturdays 1 in 3 8.30am - 12.30pm
About you:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised, proactive, and confident handling multiple tasks
A team player who takes pride in going the extra mile for customers
