Contract Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate contract preparation, execution, and renewal processes
- Maintain accurate contract files and records
- Communicate contract terms and conditions to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in basic Financial Submissions
- Conduct data entry and maintain contract databases
- Provide clerical support to the contracts department
- Answer phones and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
**Experience**:
- Basic Understanding of document management
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organisational abilities to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Previous experience in an office administrative role is advantageous
- Familiarity with computerised systems for contract management
- Training and Support will be provided
Pay: £18,558.00-£34,045.78 per year
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
