We are looking for an Investment Data & Reporting Specialist to help us provide regular reporting and data sourcing services across Investment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Producing the first draft of client reports following standard processes.
- Compilation of market and investment data, along with supporting ad-hoc queries.
- Maintaining internal spreadsheets and databases.
- Supporting the team lead as required on various data and reporting projects.
- Adhere to the firm’s Information Security standards, policies and procedures

**Personal Characteristics**:

- Thorough with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Able to work assertively when required.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines successfully.
- Team player with a hands-on motivational approach

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience of working with numbers and calculations
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Educated to higher grade maths or equivalent, or with equivalent experience.
- Understanding of databases desirable.
