Due to expediential growth in our business, we have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a **Landscape Operative** who has a can-do attitude who will join our existing hard landscaping division in **Aberdeen**.

Nurture provides landscape maintenance teams at some of the UK's most prestigious commercial centres as well as some of the most iconic public spaces. Since starting in 2008 we now turnover in excess of £80 million and have over 1400 employees who are building their careers with us. We strive to maintain landscapes to complement both their environment and the character of each venue.

**Job Purpose**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Site preparation including groundworks and drainage.
- Brickwork and blockwork.
- Joinery including fencing, decking and composite decking.
- Construction of water features.
- Cultivation of soil prior to planting out trees and shrubs.
- Installation of staking.
- Underground tree guying and irrigation.
- Identification and knowledge of plants and trees.
- Setting out and general site management.
- Working to Health and Safety standards.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Must have previous background experience of carrying out commercial scale, construction site-based soft landscaping operations.
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent industry-based qualification or proven experience preferred
- CSCS Card would be an advantage
- Driving Licence is essential
- CPCS Excavator, Dumper and or Telehandler would be an advantage
- Certificates in spraying (PA1, PA6) would be an advantage
