An opportunity has arisen within TCFM for a Site team role to join our team -_**30 **_Hours a week, Starting from £12.00 per hour._

This role is location in **Sutton Coldfield - 04:00pm - 10:00pm**

Delivery of excellent service standards to all clients and customers. Effective and efficient delivery of services within a school environment, undertaking porterage and maintenance tasks. To contribute to the creation of a high-quality learning environment for pupils and staff that is clean, well maintained, safe and secure.

You will be required to be flexible as hours and shift patterns vary but there is also weekend work available also we cover areas between _Sandwell And Birmingham._

**Main Duties**
- Ensure effective running of the area under your responsibility
- Assist in managing all subcontractor attendance and activities to ensure all health and safety and procedural requirements are met.
- Carry out escort duties as required
- To ensure the external areas are kept clean and tidy including removal of waste from bins, litter picking and sweeping as necessary
- Ensure corridors and fire exits are kept clear of any obstacles and report any defects
- To facilitate all furniture moves as required maintaining good working practices in line with manual handling requirements
- To maintain a good working and safe environment
- To wear the correct uniform, PPE and issued ID at all times
- To maintain the security of the site at all times ensuring safeguarding measures adhered to.
- Challenge unknown persons on site and escort off site any unauthorised persons
- Ensure all Safeguarding Policies are always adhered to and raise any concerns to the line-manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- ENHANCED DBS preferred.
- DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED.
- SIA badge preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
