**Salary: £40 - £45k + excellent benefits**

**Full time, hybrid working**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Apprenticeship Skills Coach (Level 5 Digital Learning Designer) to join our friendly and supportive Delivery Team. The role will be to act as the first Digital Learning Designer skills coach on our exciting new programme, which is supported by several large employers. You will be involved in the design and setup of the new programme in time for the launch on 29th September.

You will also have the opportunity to ensure our learners successfully complete their apprenticeships and achieve their career potential. The role will be predominantly remote with at least one day a month at our South London office.

Responsibilities include:

- Help design, develop and deliver the learning content, and delivery model for the apprenticeship programme.
- Support your apprentices through the learning journey and deliver an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure your apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship.
- Deliver regular coaching sessions and progress reviews for all apprentices and ensure that employers are up to date with apprentice progress.
- Be involved in coordinating the activities delivered in partnership with our employers and industry experts.
- Manage your scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
- Comply with any quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with each of the apprentices and employers you support.

For this role you must have:

- Experience of digital learning design theory and practice.
- Experience as a Skills Coach delivering apprenticeship standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Good IT skills, ability to use MS Office, Learner Management Systems etc.
- The desire to learn and develop yourself, so that you can add value to the apprenticeship experience of our leaners.
- Knowledge of apprenticeships standards and End Point Assessments.
- A passion to help people start their careers at amazing companies, which inspires you to deliver the best possible training.

You might also have experience as a Business Analyst, Change Management Professional, Project Manager, Programme Manager, Business Analysis Trainer, Business Analysis Tutor, Functional Consultant.
