**What's the opportunity**

Reporting to the Vice President of Vehicle Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and running a comprehensive Attribute delivery process including developing the process. You will be overseeing the entire process from benchmarking & target setting to sign-off for production.

**What you will do**:

- Building & Leading the Vehicle Performance Team
- Defining and implementing a comprehensive whole vehicle attribute strategy
- Managing and leading Attribute development processes and procedures
- Driving the Product teams to translate market requirements into attribute targets
- Overseeing the system delivery teams on system specifications that meet those targets
- Working with Vehicle Simulation and Vehicle Development teams to deliver attribute development strategies in line with programme requirements.
- Participating in the process of balancing targets with each other and programme requirements e.g. cost and time.

**Who you are**:

- Experience in end to end attribute development
- Experience in vehicle tuning or calibration
- Degree (or equivalent experience ) within the automotive industry (desirable)
- Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to explain and/or simplify complex technical information and compliance strategies.
- Strong project and budget management skills
- Expertise in relevant software tools and systems.
