We have a fabulous new opportunity for a Head of Performance Delivery to join our Infrastructure Development and Delivery (IDD) team in our Electricity Transmission (ET) business.

This role provides a critical capability for IDD, ensuring the end-to-end performance across the portfolio is understood, workload under management and performance on track, and so driving IDD to great performance.

You will provide expert advice and counsel on commercial, planning and contracting across ET, allowing the business to fully leverage key capabilities and experience, and re-enforcing the expected ways of working of ET.

You’ll be accountable for ensuring performance across the portfolio is on track and understood and that the required information for delivery programmes, reporting, estimating, risk management and forecasting is available.

You will ensure performance is understood and driven considering impact across ET and overall business performance - this performance covers construction delivery projects, project development, system development studies and innovation projects.

**About You**:

- Team Leadership/Line Management expertise
- A Senior Leader, managing cross-functional teams and processes
- Considerable experience in NEC and other Contract terms
- Extensive experience in a commercial and contract environment
- Successful Commercial and Contractual negotiation skills
- Advanced knowledge of key Project Controls skills (estimating, planning, reporting, risk)
- Recognised experience in delivering significant process and performance initiatives
- Proven experience in successfully communicating business change
